Mari joins Colorado Open Lands after working in land conservation for the past 6 years. Mari was a Land Conservationist for Southwestern Illinois RC&D and continued her career at Teton Regional Land Trust as a Resource Specialist and Stewardship Associate in Driggs, Idaho. She holds a BS from the University of Montana in Resource Conservation with a minor in Wildlife Biology. She holds an MAS in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver. Mari is thrilled to be working in land conservation in her new home of Colorado and looks forward to working with the many landowners in this diverse landscape. In her free time she also enjoys hiking, camping, and floating as well as any time spent outdoors with her family including her two mutts.
