Pam Sjoerdsma
Director of HR & Administration
Pam arrived at Colorado Open Lands in April 2018 with a passion for the outdoors and more than 25 years of management and operations experience. Pam loves the mission of COL and is honored to support the day-to-day activities of this dedicated staff. Pam has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree from the University of Colorado, and she has managed the HR and operations of both a bread bakery and a health care facility. When she is not attending to the smooth running of the COL office, Pam is an avid hiker, jigsaw puzzler and choir member.
