Seth Armentrout
Acequia Program Coordinator
Seth joined Colorado Open Lands in 2023 after serving three years with the Rio Grande Farm Park in Alamosa, Colorado. On this 38-acre conserved community vegetable farm, Seth directed educational programs, managed building projects, and facilitated a drought plan centered on the sharing of scarce water. In his current role, Seth assists with a variety of projects along Colorado’s acequias. Raised in Colorado, Seth received his degree in Political Economy from Tulane University in New Orleans. In his free time, he writes songs and searches for aquatic creatures, often simultaneously.
